BTW is for students who need some extra driving practice before getting their license. This is also for students who completed 30 hours of classroom instruction or 6 hours of pre-licensing elsewhere but still need to complete the 8 hours of behind-the-wheel driving to get their license.

BTW is for students who need some extra driving practice after completing the classroom and BTW driving before or after getting their license.
