Do I need a TIP card to start class?
No. You can start class without TIP card. You cannot take final exam on last day or begin driving without the TIP.
What happens if I miss a class?
You will need to schedule to make up missed time.
Does the classroom have to be completed to start behind-the-wheel lessons?
Yes.

What is your refund policy?
Full refund if given minimum 24 hr notice
What if I forget my username or password?
You can reset your username or password on our website by clicking the "Forgot your Username or Password?" link on the login page.
How old do I need to be to start Drivers Ed?
You can start the classroom portion at 14yrs and 9 months old by first day of class. You can start the Behind the Wheel driving at 15yrs old.
Are your instructors licensed?
Yes. All instructors are state certified.
What happens after I complete the class?
When completed with classroom and BTW you will get a copy of your completion certificate in a sealed envelope that you can take to a Title company to get your permit.

Will I have the same instructor for every lesson?
Yes.
Do You charge a cancellation fee?
If you fail to show up for a lesson or do not cancel or reschedule on our website at least 24 hours in advance, you will be charged a $50 late cancellation fee.
When can I start the behind-the-wheel lessons?
We will contact you a few weeks after the classroom portion is complete by email with your instructor information. When you receive that email you can begin scheduling the BTW lessons.
Do you offer home pick-up and drop-off?
Yes.
Can I request a specific driving instructor?
Yes.
Will I have other students in the car with me?
Possibly.

You must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a $50 late cancellation fee.
